How do I add a new access code to my existing MCEduhub account?

If you have purchased another product that uses MCEduHub as a platform and would like to add it to you existing MCEduHub account please follow the steps below.


Note: If you have purchased more than 1 item, you will receive separate emails containing your unique access codes. For security reason, we have ensured that individual access codes are sent to you via your registered email.


For example:

If you have purchased 3 items from Kalodu, you should receive 3 order confirmation emails containing your access codes from Kalodu.  If you think you did not receive the order confirmation, do check your junk/ promotion/ social media folders. The confirmation order might be in one of these folders. 

 

To add your products into you existing account you should follow these steps:


Step 1: Login to MCEduHub


Step 2: On the menu bar section, click on your avatar at the top right corner.


Step 3: From the dropdown menu, click on 'Add Library Content'


Step 4: Activate your item by keying in the access code provided in the email.

Step 5: Your new content should appear in your existing account


Note:

If you did not receive your confirmation order after 24hrs, please contact us by raising a ticket and let us know your problem. We will get back to you within 3-5 working days. Click HERE to raise a ticket.
