If you come across a bug or error while using ubbu, you can report it by clicking on your name in the upper right corner and choosing Talk with us.
A window will appear with a text field where you can get in touch with our technical team.
In order to speed up the process, describe in detail the problem you are having along with:
Operating system of the computer you are using (Windows 7, MacOS, etc.).
Browser you use to access ubbu and, if possible, its version.
To know the version of your browser, simply find the "About" or "Help" option in the menu and write down the version number.
