Can I exchange for the items in my order?

There are couple of scenarios for exchange of items:

  • Items in cart but did not check out and did not make payment
  • Items checked out and made payment, but Kalodu has given me the wrong item
  • Items checked out and made payment, but customer has a change of mind


Items in cart but did not check out and make payment

If you have not made payment to your items in your cart, you can simply click on the trash bin icon to remove the item in the cart and make payment accordingly.


Items checked out and made payment, but Kalodu has issued me the wrong item

Once you have made payment, logged in to access to the learning platform and realised that the item purchased is not the correct item you have chosen, please raise a ticket to us within 3 working days from date of order. Once we have received your ticket, we will proceed to investigate the issue and we will get back to you with an answer within 3-5 working days. To raise a ticket, please click HERE.


Items checked out and made payment, but customer has a change of mind

Please ensure that you have checked your check out items clearly before you make payment as we do not accept product exchange unless we have issued you with a wrong item. If you believe that we have issued a wrong item, please raise a ticket to us within 3 working days from date of order. Once we have received your ticket, we will proceed to investigate the issue and we will get back to you with an answer within 3-5 working days.
