I have placed a wrong order and have made payment

Before making payment, we strongly encourage all customers to check their orders and ensure that the orders are accurate before making payment/ checking out.


Here are some tips that we strongly advise you to check on:

  • Quantity of items in your cart
  • Item is correct
  • Have you chosen the correct level?
  • Did you apply a discount code?


If you have made payment to a wrong item, please raise a ticket to us within 3 working days from date of order. Once we have received your ticket, we will proceed to investigate the issue and we will get back to you with an answer within 3-5 working days. To find out how to raise a ticket, please click HERE.


Do note that there will be strictly no refunds. Should there be a special case for exchange, the item will be exchange based on the value of the item purchased or lower.
