Before making payment, we strongly encourage all customers to check their orders and ensure that the orders are accurate before making payment/ checking out.

- Have you chosen the correct level?
- Did you apply a discount code?
If you have made payment to a wrong item, please raise a ticket to us within 3 working days from date of order. Do note that there will be strictly no refunds. Should there be a special case for exchange, the item will be exchange based on the value of the item purchased or lower.
