- Be cautious when someone asks you to make payment without going through Kalodu checkout page.
- Kalodu partners with credible organisations to have payment links embedded on their site. If you check out your purchases from these partners, please ensure you visit their site by entering their website address or click on emails that are from credible sources.

- Always look out for suspicious communications such as emails, SMS or phone calls.
