Knowledge Based Articles
We have carefully curated the articles for you under the Knowledge Based Articles. In here, you can find commonly asked questions with answers provided. We will be constantly adding new questions and answers in this section. You can also utilise the search function to bring you to the most accurate answer.
Chatbot
Another alternative to the Knowledge Based Article, is the use of our Chatbot. We strongly encourage you to do ask questions in our chatbot to help facilitate you better and provide you with the most relevant answers more quickly without a need to wait.
To ensure the best experience and best support experience, with our Chatbot here are some useful tips:
- Type more than one word and uses a question phrasing
- Use common keywords when asking a question
- Type in one sentence at a time - Don’t provide specific order numbers or email address
- Avoid slang and text abbreviations. i.e. How are you? rather than How R U? or hru?
Help us Learn
At the end of every article or a question to our Chatbot, we will prompt you if the article or the Chatbot has answered your question. By indicating Yes or No answer will allow our system to learn better in order to help you.
Some tips to help you when giving a Yes or No to our Knowledge Based Articles and Chatbot:
- Don't be judgmental - Has the Knowledge Based Articles/Chatbot answered you based on the question? Does the question tally to the answer?
- Don't be frustrated by the outcome of the answer if it is negative response - The answer provided is correct per your question, but the outcome of the answer is not to your expectations. Example: If you ask "I would like to have a refund" and the answer shown "We are sorry that you would like to return an item. Unfortunately, we do not accept product return unless we have issued you a wrong item.
Do try to rate the helpfulness based on question to answers
