How to use Kalodu Help Centre search function?

If do not wish to visit articles by articles, you can utilise the search function to link you to the most accurate answers. To use the search function, simply look for the search bar at the top of the page

Key in the 'Term' that you wish to look for and a related article will appear in the search box.

Tips to using the search function:

• Avoid using full sentences when looking for an article
• Use simple keywords to search for an article (Example: Account Login, Orders, passwords)
