How to raise a ticket?

If you have any questions or you require help, you can simply raise a ticket with Kalodu. By raising a ticket, we will have a ticket ID for every case. This will enable our helpdesk to help you better by referring to the situation if there is a change in agent. 


How to raise a ticket?

To raise a ticket, simple go to the top right-hand corner of our helpdesk page and click on 'Submit a ticket'


Afterwhich, in the form, do key in the following:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number
  • Country
  • Choose an option for your submission.
  • Enter the subject for your conversation.
  • Enter your description for your submission.


Some tips, when entering your description for submission, do try to provide us as much information as possible such as

  • Your order number(s)
  • Your Kalodu account number
  • Use the same email address that you have registered for your Kalodu account
  • Date of purchase
  • Item that you have purchased
  • Step by step issue if you encountered any technical issues
